"Services"BGP, BGP Tunnel, IXP, and related network infrastructure services.
"Customer"Any individual or entity that registers for and uses the Services.

2. Use of services

You must be at least 14 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Distributing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks
  • Transmitting spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfering with other customers' services
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services. However, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Protocol 7 remain the property of PROTOCOL 7 LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROTOCOL 7 LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
